⏱️ 7-Day Return & Replacement Window

We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or return if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

🛑 Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return/replacement, the product must be:

Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging with all blades, parts, and user guides included.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

🎥 Mandatory Parcel Unboxing Video 

To prevent fraudulent claims, a clear, unedited parcel unboxing video is mandatory showing the defect or damage from the start of opening the courier package. Without a valid unboxing video, requests for damaged items will not be accepted.

🚀 How to Start a Return

Contact us immediately at Dearzolvyn@gmail.com with your Order ID, clear pictures, and the unboxing video of the product.

Once your return request is approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup or share instructions on how to send the package back.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used in the kitchen or washed.

Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

Products purchased during clearance flash sales or using special gift cards.

💰 Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

For COD Orders: Approved refunds will be transferred via UPI/Bank Transfer within 5-7 business days after getting your account details.

For Online Prepaid Orders: The amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
